Review of existing documents, of other information you submit, or of public information is performed. When you schedule and pay for your appointment, please be committed to your appointment. If you cancel you will get a full refund, except that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be a $10 fee to your credit card so we can cover the cancelation fees we must pay to the credit card company. If you need to reschedule your appointment to another date/time, you can do so online, but also please let us know.
