Paul Premack brings over four decades of dedicated legal experience to his clients, having practiced law since 1981. He and his wife, Ruthie Premack, have built a joyful partnership and a family with two accomplished adult children, Tiffany Premack and Benjamin Premack, who reside in the Olympia area.

Paul is highly respected as a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation. He a founding members of the Council of Advanced Practitioners for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has proudly served as a NAELA member since 1989. Paul is the author of "Thinking Beyond Tomorrow: Organizing, Planning, and Settling Your Estate," now in its 9th Edition, and has written several authoritative texts including "The Senior Texan Legal Guide" (Editions 1-7) and co-authored "When Someone Dies in Texas." These resources are widely used across the country as essential guides for estate planning, living trusts, and probate.

Paul’s leadership in the field is further evidenced by his service as Past-President of the Texas Chapter of NAELA and his memberships in the State Bar of Texas, Washington State Bar Association, NAELA and the Washington Chapter of NAELA, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is honored as a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Texas Bar College.
