Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, regardless of cause, there is no penalty and no fee.* 


We hope that you will reschedule your appointment. 


When you call to reschedule, we will ask for your credit card or a check to guarantee the rescheduled appointment. 


If you cancel or miss the rescheduled appointment, your credit card will be billed or the check will be deposited to cover the second missed appointment.

* Except when the appointment was specifically made for the signing of documents and you have signed a separate agreement for those services.

Our Simple
Language Policy

We speak only English. We do not offer services in any other language.

We do not speak French, Greek, German, Spanish, Korean, Dutch, etc.


Your attorney needs to understand the nuances of your instructions, so you should work with an attorney fluent in your native language.

Paul Premack served as President of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is a Member of the Washington Chapter of NAELA. He is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the ABA. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Washington and handles Estate Planning and Probate in Texas and Washington, including Bexar County and King County Probate, Wills, Living Trusts, Durable and Medical Powers of Attorney, and Elder Law. Premack has since 1989 written the legal column for the San Antonio Express News which is syndicated in other Hearst Newspapers around the USA.
