When you make an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with your Zoom link.
Zoom Video: At our scheduled date/time. click the zoom link from your confirmation email (your link is unique to your meeting). The Zoom web page will open and allow you to download the app. A pop-up should ask for permission to use your camera and microphone; please grant permission. Then enter your name, click the join button, and hold until you are admitted to the meeting.

Dial-in to Zoom with Phone: If you can't do video, dial one of the phone numbers in your confirmation email (like 346-248-7799 or 564-217-2000) then enter the meeting ID from your confirmation email. Please hold until you are admitted to the meeting.
