1. Questions should relate only to Texas Elder Law. I cannot answer questions for other states, as I am licensed to practice law only in Texas.

2. I try to respond to all questions, but not all questions are appropriate for the newspaper, so your question may go unanswered.

4. Your identity is confidential, but your question and its answer may appear in the newspaper. You agree to that disclosure.
