STEP 2: Agreement regarding legal services

AGREEMENT FOR LIMITED LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN YOU AND PAUL PREMACK, JD (a Texas attorney).

This agreement begins at the time you accept this agreement and Premack has received payment of your fee by credit card. It ends when Premack emails to you the legal document(s) you purchased. You have no commitment to use our legal services in the future. Proceeding to the next step (questionnaire) means you accept this agreement.

Premack does not represent you in court or before any adjudicative body. You will hire a different attorney in your local area if you need legal services beyond those being purchased by you today. Premack represents you only for the limited legal services being purchased today, and for no other matter. Premack has no further obligation to provide legal services after completing the document you purchase.

If Premack prepares a document for you that requires filing procedures, you agree to take responsibility for properly filing the document in compliance with legal procedures. Premack does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Premack has made no investigation of the facts and relies entirely on you to provide the facts of your situation. You represent that all identification information you provide to Premack is accurate, and the name, address, telephone and email address you provide are accurate. You represent that you are in fact the person you claim to be.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you give Premack, who relies on you to provide correct information. You must carefully check that each legal document fully reflects your wishes and if it does not you should not sign it.

You agree that these legal services are provided only in Texas, and that all legal information is valid only as it relates to Texas law and to Texas residents. Venue is in Bexar County.

You agree that any document prepared for you by Premack is personal to you, and that you will not reuse any of the document contents for any other person. If someone else desires documents, they must purchase them from Premack.

If Premack identifies a conflict of interest or any act on your part that violates this agreement he will decline to perform legal services for you and you will not be charged.

Premack is not be liable for any failure or delay in providing any service due to circumstances outside his control, for example: strikes and commercial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, provider modifications to software services  or power failure. Every effort will be made to email your document to you within two business days after your order is submitted and your credit card payment is made. Circumstances may delay delivery. In no instance is there any remedy except refund of the fixed fee you have paid.

No refund is allowed once your legal document has been emailed to you.
