Terms & Conditions regarding Legal Services AGREEMENT FOR LIMITED LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN YOU AND PAUL PREMACK, JD (a Texas attorney). This agreement begins at the time you pay with your credit card and Premack accepts payment. Premack represents you only for the limited legal services being purchased today, and for no other matter. Premack has no further obligation to provide legal services after emailing to you the document(s) you purchase. You have no commitment to use our legal services in the future. If a document requires filing procedures, you are responsible to file the document in compliance with legal procedures. If a document requires notarization or witnesses, you will be responsible for providing the notary and/or witnesses. Premack relies entirely on you to provide the facts of your situation. Premack makes no independent investigation of the facts you submit. You promise that all identification information you provide is accurate, and the name, address, telephone and email address you provide are accurate. You represent that you are in fact the person you claim to be. You will carefully check that each legal document fully reflects your wishes. You agree any document prepared for you by Premack is personal to you, and that you will not reuse any of the document contents for any other person. Legal services are provided only in Texas, and all legal information is valid only as it relates to Texas law and to Texas residents. Venue for this transaction is in Bexar County. You will pay for the purchased legal services with your own credit card, or, if the payment is being made via someone else's credit card then you expressly consent to the fee being paid by that third party and you understand that there is no interference with Premack's independence of professional judgment or with the client-lawyer relationship because of the third-party payment. Premack will maintain confidentiality of your client information, and the act of emailing the completed document to the address you provide in the Questionnaire is made with your consent and foreknowledge. If Premack identifies a conflict of interest or any act on your part that violates this agreement he may decline to perform legal services for you and you will not be charged. Premack is not liable for any failure or delay in providing any service due to circumstances outside his control, for example: strikes and commercial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, provider modifications to software services or power failure. Every effort will be made to email your document to you within two business days after your order is submitted and your credit card payment is made. Circumstances may delay delivery. In no instance is there any remedy except refund of the fixed fee you have paid. No refund is allowed once your legal document has been emailed to you.    SECURITY and PRIVACY When you submit your questionnaire, your information is SSL encrypted and sent to Premack's VLO site on a secured Google server. Your credit card transaction is SSL encrypted and transmitted to goEmerchant.com and Elavon credit card processing center. All information you provide to Paul Premack, JD, is confidential under the attorney-client privilege. We do not release your information without your express consent or unless required by law.
